The Process
From the first call to the final dance, here is exactly how we work.
1. The Discovery Call
After you reach out, we schedule a brief video or phone call. This isn't a high-pressure sales pitch. Our goal is to hear about your vision, your venue, and your musical tastes to ensure we are the right fit for your specific style of celebration.
2. The Blueprint & Booking
If we are a match, we will send you a customized proposal containing your exact package (DJ, Ceremony Audio, Lighting). From there, you can digitally sign your contract and place your retainer to officially lock in your date. You'll then receive access to our planning portal.
3. Music Curation & Timeline Sandbox
Over the coming months, you'll use our portal to input your "Must Plays," your "Do Not Plays," and the timeline of your formalities (grand entrances, toasts, special dances). You have complete control over the vibe, and we are always available to offer suggestions on pacing.
4. The Final Walkthrough
Four to six weeks before your wedding, we jump on one final call. We review every single name pronunciation in your wedding party, finalize the exact timing of the speeches, and dial in the lighting design. Nothing is left to chance.
5. Event Day Execution
We arrive hours before the first guest to ensure the sound system and lighting are flawlessly deployed and hidden. During the reception, we act as your unobtrusive host, keeping the timeline moving, and ultimately, reading the room to pack the dance floor. You just show up and celebrate.
